I spoke to an agent Jenna on the phone and she was to send me an email that day which was July 15 and today is July 24 and I still have not received email
Satisfied with the coverage, though I’ve never had to make a claim. Online and the app is fairly easy to navigate, unless you’re trying to make a payment. There are multiple instructions telling you how to make an online payment, but there is no option for an online payment. The AI app is not very useful as it just repeats the instructions that don’t work. Operators in the phone are equally not helpful and casually dismissed my questions without answering and got me off the phone as quick as possible. In other words sonnet is cheap and easy to get, but I guess you get what you pay for, flashy and modern looking, but not very good customer service.
Customer service representative told me the wrong information 3 times
I had to change bank accounts because of an ongoing issue with my account. My car insurance payment and tenant insurance payment both did not go through as a result. I changed the payment information for the car insurance but forgot to update it for the tenant insurance within the 3 day window. I called when I got the registered letter telling me that my premium would be cancelled to ask if I could make the payment and keep my policy. I was told I could, I just had to make the payment so I updated the payment info and was transferred to an automated system to complete payment. I was then disconnected so I called back to confirm that the payment was recieved and the policy would be reinstated and this was confirmed by the customer service representative for the second time. The following week my online account still showed a cancelation so I called and spoke to the representative who confirmed for the third time that the policy would be reinstated because I made the payment. I told him my online account was still showing a cancelation so he put me on hold and then came back to tell me that it actually was still being canceled.
