The agent on the call she was verry helpful and understanding and sty with me till I got everything fixed
It was the agent on the phone she was very good and nice and helped all the way through the call
The process was easy to do online - including accessing a discount from my employer. My only negative was that I was unable to combine with my husband's current insurance plan, so ours were both on the same login / account.
Insurance is a little bit high, but I like your service because you’re not always ready to cancel someone right away. You always have a nice little grace. If something happens, thank you for your service.
