Minute long waits for them to take your money. Hour long waits to cancel. Not recommended!
I've never completed a claim, but their agents by phone, and chat are always so helpful. What really sticks out to me is how willing agents are to go above and beyond.
Sonnet is easy as you connect with and deal with. Although they don't have 24/7 coverage for questions, they're still an awesome company. And my policy was hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars less, than other insurers.
