Painful to cancel
Painful to cancel. They let you update your policy online but they won't let you cancel. You have to call them during business hours. This shouldn't be necessary for an 'online' insurance service.
Their chatbot refuses to give me an email to contact for this purpose.

I had to make umpteen calls to seek clarity in regard to
1. Two Way coverage / Full coverage …which in your terminology is totally different from the market jargon ….moreover the person helping me on the phone wasn’t that well versed with the specific answers …twice the phone got disconnected she barber called back
I would strongly urge to train your agents in such a way that they answer to clients queries promptly
