Not happy
This company has the worst customer service..I've been trying to sign up my shift account and am having trouble so I reached out ralked to a rep who said she'd figure it out and call me back but never did..and while I was waiting your company changed the email address I used to one I don't use and now I cant get into my account at all..I'm super frustrated!!!
The customer service I have received whenever I have needed to contact an agent has been outstanding. The willingness to help deal with whatever issue I have had at the time has been a super pleasant experience. I have come away from that phone call satisfied with the end result.
Sonnet has always been an easy insurance company to deal with.
The website, app, even telephone communication has been easy and quick and always amazing customer service.
Definitely going to miss Sonnet in Alberta.
