So bad ,i made an account here... Worst insurance company ive been with in my life. I missed one payment due to their system not pulling one the correct amount resulting overdraft fees for me. I called the next day to cover the cost right away and the guy told to just have the payment ready for 2 pays onthe next pay date. Instead my insurance doubled permantly. The jokes part is i tried to give them the money and they resist if its not the specific paydate On top of that while im trying to figure out why all this happened, my car caught fire due to a nearby fire.they wrote off the car, paid me nothing. Litterally $0. Then took $450 from me additional, My insurance is supposed to be 200 a month, now these want 450 as the out of town in cayuga rates, as if im inner city toronto for a versa hatchback. Im trying to bounce back and change only to find out no humans are available on the weekend at all. So i cant even deal with why im even with them. Good thing im about to drop em due to loss of vehicle and not any other reason they can use to hike my next insurance with someone else. Bunch of thevies waiting to run The only reason you go to these guys is so the cop doesnt give you a ticket. Its not even about their non existant service.

Great company so far! Saved me a lot on premium for my car insurance and even gave me better coverage! Just don’t mistake your effective date as they will not be able to make corrections. They will cancel the whole policy and you have to start again. That was the only annoyance. Nice customer service though!

It was super easy to apply online..my only issue is the difference in the amount I was quoted compared with the actual price I was charged
