Charged me for insurance could not access the account so had had to purchase other insurance so I could pick up my car was told by customer service that I didn’t have a policy yet money not returned and slips mailed to me
Good luck cancelling your policy.
We moved and needed to transfer the policy. Turns out they don't provide coverage in the new area. That's fine so I get coverage with someone else. I go to cancel the policy and you can only do it by speaking to an agent. I call the number but continually on hold no one answers. So this is how they get you. You can't cancel because you can't get a hold of anyone. Sneaky. Tried chatting with someone but no they can't cancel that way either. It has to be with an agent but no one available. Terrible customer service.
The agents are amazing. They did my claim at Christmas time. I had my funds within a few days. They are quick, helpful and make everything clear and easy. Highly recommend this insurance company. Last experience was a couple of days ago.
