Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I have sonnet tenant and car insurance. Recently had it for a major flood due two to the ace storm we had a few weeks ago and had sewage back up into my basement. I have had no luck with this insurance company. I've been calling emailing just getting the runaround from the adjuster. They had a company come out. Look at my belongings that were trenched from the flood that was 4 weeks ago. Finally got a hold of the adjuster last week. He says different. company was coming to look at the stuff to in praise I have still yet to be contacted. He addressed her as no help. My landlord's insurance was amazing. Was he within 2 days with dehumidifiers and fans? They ripped out all the floors and our drywall but unfortunately we'll be unable to be able to replace my floors or my walls until I am allowed to discard of the ruined belongings. I will be looking for a new company for both my insurance needs. This company lacks compassion. They don't care about their clients and what they're going through. I have a child who is in a wheelchair who did spend a few weeks at her grandmother's but unfortunately her grandmother is unable to care for all of her medical needs so I've had to bring her home. So now my daughter unfortunately is stuck upstairs in our living room with her older sister until this insurance company finally decides if they're going to approve or deny the claim. I have been dealing with another insurance company the last 7 and 1/2 years. Regarding my daughters car accident I know how insurance companies work and her case manager and injury lawyers are just down found it about how long they are taking. Regarding ur response to this review I have tryed calling and of course u can't do anything or look anything up because you have hired a third party adjusting company which still is not responding. Just keep getting the runaround. I find this very unprofessional and unfair. I pay for my policy to be covered in these circumstances not to get the runaround you had to be completely ignored.

The rate is very expensive. I will look at other insurance provider soon.

Poor investigation. Defamated my driving record and ability to obtain collision due to their shady practices. -100. Run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. If I'd have known they'd have screwed me so hard I'd of rather paid 500/month else where knowing I'm dealing with professionals not criminals. Their ombuds person needs a jail cell!

I got a quote for $371 and saved it and was told that I didn’t have to rush my decision because it was saved and locked at that rate. And literally called them 4 hours later and the link with the saved quote in my email isn’t working. So the agent tells me “oh I can’t see your past quote” so I save a new one as she told me to do so and what is it? $500 and then I tell her this whole story and now all of a sudden she sees the old quote. But tells me it has been withdrawn! This is a shady company! Who just wants your money. Dodged a bullet! - Stella Johar
