The process was easy to do online

The process was easy to do online - including accessing a discount from my employer. My only negative was that I was unable to combine with my husband's current insurance plan, so ours were both on the same login / account.

Worst customer service ever. Your Best Insurance is definitely an Insurance Broker

Couldn't speak with anyone that could help. Was transferred 3 times and on hold the last time for 10 minutes. I gave up and hung up.

I spoke to an agent Jenna on the phone and she was to send me an email that day which was July 15 and today is July 24 and I still have not received email
