Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

We had a fire in our apartment building, in another unit, so not even within my control. I tried to call at about 6pm, to review options. Their claims line, rang, rang and rang. No help. My previous insurance companies claim line, was answered immediately by a person able to get you immediate assistance when you actually need it. Fast forward a couple years, no issues with my payments, no claims, not 1 ever. I wake up on a monday morning to a cancellation email, with no reason given, note that is a legal obligation if your policy is cancelled. Thanks sonnet. You're a great company.

I was looking for a better rate within this climate. I was able find your company online and made a call. I had a very helpful conversation with a gentleman who guided me thru their online app. The app is new so there were bugs we came across but in the end we got it done together. I know have a rate I am satisfied with and hope for better days ahead with Sonnet

Worst insurance company ever. I would never recommend them. I got in a car accident and I've been treated like nothing but like I've been at fault for this accident. They were not very straightforward on what to do with my insurance afterwards other than to call when I returned the rental car so I would not be charged for insurance which I did and they still proceeded to charge me for insurance. Now we're at the point where I've been asking for a supervisor for 3 days to talk to them about my insurance plan and I haven't got that phone call back yet. Now I've been calling to cancel my insurance and I've been jumping through hoops just to try to cancel it. So if you can, I would avoid this insurance company completely ..... As far as I'm aware you guys are not sorry for anything that you have done because if you were I would have been fully compensated for this accident which I was not. I have full coverage on my vehicle but still somehow I'm left with no vehicle and no money to purchase another one

Be careful! They advertised it's simple to buy insurance with them. It's true, easy when they want to take your money. Come to claim though, you are not protected, they lied and pressed you, drag the investigation for months with no result. Make it so difficult, you could not talk to anyone, they bounced you from one dept to others so that they could do more investigation. It's ridiculous, and this is their slogan "Get insurance you can trust. Built for the 21st century, backed by history." not true, false advertising. Get insurance you can trust. Built for the 21st century, backed by history.

The process was fast and straightforward, clearly explaining what is covered and what isn't. A particular highlight for me was being able to receive a quote at any time of the day.
