Prompt compensation and customer service
For my first claim I was impressed with how quickly and easily I was compensated. I expected there would be a big fight for my puppy who had to have his kidney removed. I expected them to say it was related to a broken leg suffered from a dog attack which happened right before I signed up for insurance. When you call customer service for any enquires someone pleasant actually answers the phone!
The monthly rates are very reasonable and the claim portal is very easy to navigate. I plan on staying enrolled for the life of my dog as long as rates doing go through the roof like other pet insurance plans I've used.
