Thank you for all your help

Our four legged companion was diagnosed with diabetes almost 2 years ago and shortly afterwards became blind. Pets plus us, helped offset the major expenses of taking care of her, there has never been any concerns with reimbursement in fact we now have it as direct deposit which works great. Would you have a child without medical insurance then why have a pet without it

Weight off our shoulders

Dealing with an injured young dog was so stressful! Our lab hurt herself jumping up and we were so unbelievably stressed as to helping her. The costs were staggering but pets plus us was there for us every step of the way!! It was such a weight off our shoulders that at least we didn't have to worry about the mounting vet bill. We still have a long road ahead of us but are so relieved to have chosen such a dedicated insurance company! They have eased our minds! Thank you!!!

Friendly and accessible

I am so thankful we decided to get Oakley covered! He is generally a very healthy dog however ‘life’ happens and unexpected (unfortunate!) things occur....being in the wrong place at the wrong time (eye injury), oddly inflamed and infected nipple (on a male dog of course!?!), a sudden bout of gastroenteritis (twice!).....each time we’ve been covered with prompt, friendly and caring service. We’ve witnessed so many friends clean out their bank accounts in the name of their furry sidekicks and promised we wouldn’t be caught in the same boat. Thank you Pets+Us! :)

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
