Tea Tree Oil Poisoning

Thank you very much for processing it so quickly. I thought this would take a lot longer but am pleasantly surprised and relieved that it was taken care of so fast. It's very reassuring. I will have to recommend you to my pet owner friends. I am very happy with the hassle free service. All that was required was Jack's medical history along with the doctor's treatment report

Quick Claim

Our dog broke her leg so the cost was substantial. We got our claim back very quickly without any hassle.

Excellent customer service and fast claims handlin

The vet recommended this co. and we are sure glad he did as they are excellent at everyting, starting with customer service to claims payment. Our vet asks us about this co. as new to them and we said recommend them to everybody.

You can trust this pet insurance - peace of mind

What I really liked about this pet insurance was they asked for all the pet's medical history when you purchase a policy. Then they issue a statement of coverage which clearly defines what is a pre existing condition. Some conditions might only be temporary, and you can request a review of that after a certain amount of time. In my case, my puppy had some red lesions around her muzzle from play biting with all her littermates, so skin conditions were a pre existing condition. After 6 months, I called in and they asked for my dog's medical history and had the pre existing condition removed as an exclusion. So far I've submitted claims for $100 for a runny nose, $200 for a urinary tract infection, and another $200 for some behaviour issues and to get a referral from my vet to a dog behaviour therapist (which would also be covered I believe). All have been paid quickly, no hassle. Cheque received within two weeks.

Service was superior

Claims service was excellent and they meet their commitments to their customers. Very helpful and the thing that really impressed me was that they cared, first think they asked was how was Molly doing. They made sure that I was aware that they were there for us if we needed them again. Nice feeling
