Disappointed in the lack of service and follow-up
I submitted a claim on my accident policy in December 2015 when my dog was limping after being out playing. I was told after a couple of months that more information was needed so I obtained that from the vet and submitted it.
No follow-up has occurred beyond April 2016 when I called once again. The company did not reach out to me. The claim was not filled and no explanation has been given. The possible return would have been about $300 which I didn't think was very big. I also have had 3 pets insured with this company for 3 years with no other claims so I will be switching providers.
I could not be more disappointed in this company. The only nice thing I can say is that they have lovely graphic design on their plan packages.
