Pets Plus Us | Pet Insurance Review

We've had to make several claims over the last years for my dog from diarrhea, to limping, to skin issues and each and everytime we had a very easy time submitting claims and being covered. When I needed to call in, everyone was super friendly and cared about my dog. I've made no claims with my cat so far but suspect it will be just as easy. It takes away the emotional guilt having to make financial decisions about your pet and instead receive the best care knowing you are covered should anything happen. I really recommend this company.

My cat, Archimedes has always had special needs. His anxiety has plagued him all of his life and we always assumed if he were ever going to get sick it would be related to that. Then, he lost a whole bunch of weight.I work in the veterinary industry so I see a lot of ill kitties. I began to panic that this could be cancer. Over the following weeks our vet made a plan with us and we began testing. It was just terrible going through the emotional turmoil of not knowing and waiting for results. I cannot imagine having to go through all of that AND having to worry about how I was going to manage paying for all of it. Every single time I called Pets Plus Us, no matter who answered the phone, the first question out of their mouths was the same: "How is Archimedes?" Let me tell you, that right there is why they are the best. They care. They related stories of their own pets and I could hear how they smiled when they spoke to me. It really made all the difference to me because I was so incredibly upset and scared. I am so happy I signed those papers and joined the Pets Plus Us family, and I know Archimedes is too. At the end of it all, we got the great news that it doesn't look like it is cancer at this point, and we never would have known if we didn't have the support from Pets Plus Us. Above. And. Beyond.

Whenever I made phone calls with questions I was treated with respect and understanding and my questions were answered clearly and expertly. Our claims, unfortunately , have added up to quite a bit but never has there been any hesitation or delay. Payment of claims has been very prompt.

This was the second time I asked a hand for PetsPlusUs. The customer care was amazing, again.First time Dora had fallen from the couch and started limping. They were promptly with all the info I needed to have the papers done. This time, Dora was vomiting. I called them on the day after her visit to the vet. Laura (from the call center) helped me to talk with the vet's office to get all the papers correctly filled by the veterinarian. Have to say I'm still learning English, so, I needed her help more than everything. She was patient, careful and passionate. I felt home and this is the best about PetsPlusUs, you have peace of mind.
