thank goodness for pet insurance
we have a very active and mischevious dog and if it wasn't for our insurance we may well be broke. He has had mennengitis ,stung, ran into truck resulting in 3 1/2 gash in his side , torn dew claw, bites on his tail ,you mention it he has done it. In times of stress (when he is hurt ) you don't have to think if I can afford this ,you just go see the vet and pets plus have always come through with 80% of the total bill . THANKS VERY MUCH

Great service
All interactions with Pets+Us have been very good. Payouts have been quick when required. Would have given a 5 star however we were misinformed about one matter upon signup and I feel in fairness that had to count. Going forward though I expect no issues. Very compassionate representatives.

DOG Crap Insurance better off with a savings plan
Have filed 1 claim over 4 times and made a least 5 plus phones. Call Center employees work off scripts and always end call on a positive. However nothing was ever fixed still out money for 2 vet visits. The money we spent in premiums could have gone towards getting my pet better but it just went to these crooks. Cancelled and stopped payment as of November 1st. This was after one last frustrating call with Joe on Oct 24, oh by the way Joe still waiting for your call back on the next day. Would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. Save your money in a jar, it would have more value. I will also be speaking to my Vet and request he remove all brochures from his practice. Also starting a social media awareness campaign so others aren't screwed like us!

GREAT Pet Insurance
Pet Plus US has been fantastic since the very beginning for our 2 bulldogs. Our bullies have had a number of medical emergencies, including a knee replacement with rehabilitation and Pet Plus US has never given us any difficulty with any of our claims. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
