Pebbles wellbeing

Pets plus us was super easy to get a hold of and helped us the whole way through a scary ordeal. My dog had stomach issues and wouldn’t eat, she had vomiting. She had a scary visit to the emergency vet and was there for a few days with a feeding tube, but pet plus us covered majority of the cost putting our mind at ease that Pebbles had the best care possible in this situation. Now she’s back to her hyper and loving self. I really am grateful and the insurance provider been super transparent and helpful through every claim. Thank you so much!

I was surprised that they were satisfied with the documentation that I turned in, I have had pet coverage for twenty plus years and I was amazed at how seamless the process was. No calling or emailing me for additional information.It MAY be a tad bit more expensive but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing that I don't have to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. If things continue to go the way the past claim went I will be 100% satisfied."

PetsPlusUs never let us down

Our dog was diagnosed with CKD in 2024. These last 1.5y has been very challenging, but PetsPlusUs has been there for us. We definitely recommend.

Great service

We had a couple of emergency sessions for Pepper when she ingested a sewing needle. Pets Plus Us were very quick in processing and paying our claims. Thank you.

Super quick and easy

The claim process was easy to understand and I received the needed paperwork very quickly. I appreciated the fast service because I was in an emergency situation. Call centre staff were very friendly as well.

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
