Pets Best is amazing!
We have used Pets Best for our dog for 5 years and we have been consistently happy with their payouts for claims and for their 24/7 vet service line. Pets Best has always covered what they said they would under our plan (we have a $250 deductible and then they cover 90% of covered services in our policy and we cover the remaining 10%) which has been great and super helpful financially - a plus is that they've completed and payed out the claims in a very timely manner! Unfortunately, our dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer, and we've been consistently grateful that we've had Pets Best over the years, but are especially grateful during this time knowing we are able to provide the best care possible to our doggo! We highly recommend Pets Best to all dog and cat owners as we have had an amazing experience with them over the years! Truly the best!

Reliable and Easy Pet Insurance
My pet Leo is 3 years old and was having tummy troubles after accidently eating something he shouldn't. Doctor's visit provided medications and testing, he's back to good health now. PetsBest Insurance was able to help file a quick and easy claim and facilitated satisfactory reimbursement straight to my bank account. I did not need to call or email or follow up, they just emailed me the results of the decision and reimbursement money a few days later! Great service

Pets Best is Great!
Pets Best is a great pet insurance company. The claims process is quite simple. Reimbursement was speedy. All of our claims were very well explained. I would definitely recommend this company for pet insurance to any pet owner!

Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
