we have no complaints so far

We are happy with our decision to go with Pets Best. I asked my friends, googled pet insurance & even looked st another insurance through our vet. We made the right decision signing up our boy with pets best. We have no complaints so far. The claims are easy to file, they pay promptly & fairly, so far!

The best insurance I could have chosen for my furry baby.

I file my first claim within 2 weeks of signing up my puppy to this insurance. Filing the claim was very easy and I received 90% of what I paid within 2 days. I feel at ease knowing that my baby is covered.

Very Pleased with Pet's Best Pet Insurance

I have been a customer of Pet's Best for several years now and have been very pleased with the service they provide me for my two cats. While I do my best to keep my cats in healthy form, there are times when they may still become sick. We all know what a visit to the vet can cost. Pet's Best covered everything they said they would. Their policy is written in clear language and their customer service department (if you even need to call them) is exemplary. I have recommended Pets Best to several friends because of my great experience.

Has Paid for Itself in 10 months, Easy, Transparent Process

Pet's Best Insurance has so far been everything it claimed to be: 1) they have paid for all of our claims thatt our policy indicated they would (we had to reach our deductible and get out of relatively short waiting periods first). 2) After that they have paid 90% of everything we submitted, even when the most costly treatment was due to the dog eating something he shouldn't have (I was really afraid of them denying a claim if they thought the situation could have been prevented with more supervision or something like that). 3) The claims process was really easy - I submit a picture of the itemized invoice and a very brief description and basically within a week I'd get an email with an Explanation and soon thereafter a direct deposit into my bank account. Having Pet's Best has brought so much peace of mind knowing that after a certain point our boy's expenses are going to be covered and I don't have to ask myself whether it's worth going to the vet or not. We can just go without fear of the costs.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
