Claims processing takes forever with…
Claims processing takes forever with absolutely no notes for the customer or even their customer service reps. Keep getting told due to high value of claims and short staffing claims are delayed. When claims are finally processed, they will look for every reason NOT to payout a claim, even with proper documentation and letter from the vet. I would drop this insurance company if I didn't have to worry about pre-existing conditions under a new policy.
