Peace of Mind

Never thought that when I applied for pet insurance from VPI 8 years ago, that it would be the best decision I would be making for my Golden Retriever, Riley. It's been about a year since Riley was first diagnosed with Fibrosarcoma, she had major surgery (removing part of her hip and left rear leg). She is now receiving Chemotherapy treatments which will hopefully allow her to remain a happy, healthy dog and family member. I've always wanted the best for Riley, from buying the best quality dog food, toys and now she is being treated by the best pet oncologist in the State. It would not be possible for Riley to receive this type of health care if it wasn't for VPI. Being able to receive partial reimbursements for Riley's medical bills from VPI' claim process has allowed me to aggressively continue my quest to provide Riley with the best life. It brings peace of mind that I can continue to do what is best for her. Thank you, VPI!

Great help

They are timely and efficient. We have put in 2 claims for our dogs in the past year and both were paid without a fuss. I wish human health insurance was this easy!

Saved me over $2k

My Irish Wolfhound puppy ate part of a corncob and needed emergency surgury to remove it. Since he was under anesthisia I had his stomach stapled(prevent blout), and nuetered at that time. The bill was just over $3000. VPI payed me just over $2500 in less than two weeks. Not to mention what Ive saved on puppy shots, maintenance meds, etc... I will always have all my pets insured.

Peace Of Mind

VPI had been recommended to us by our Vet whom we've had for nearly 20 years. He' never steered us wrong, so we felt confident in acting upon his recommendation. After having submitted our first two claims, the quick response and professional handling of our claims, has more than validated our choice. Have no fear! This company is top notch and responsive to their clients, both human and animal.

yes im glad i have Vip insurance

My dog got so sick with pancretites and had to go to the hospital for 4 days, didn't even know if she would make it, the bill was over 4000. and VIP paid just about the whole bill. They have always paid good, I have had them for years, I recommend them. But if your dog has a pre existing condition, they will not pay for that!
