VERY COMFORTING TO HAVE MAJOR MEDICAL

We have the major medical policy for our English Springer Spaniel, so when she needed orthopedic surgery, we were relieved that we had insurance. VIP handled our claim and we were more over joyed at the reimbursement. They handled the claim fast and efficiently and our output in monies was very minimal. As in humans, it is important to have health insurance for our animals and VIP is exceptional with its customer service, evaluation and payments. It is very much worth the premiums that are paid. Thank you for being there!

Don't own a pet without VPI insurance!!!

I had originally signed up for VPI because I received a small discount from my employer and we had just adopted a new Black Lab. This was the best financial decision I have made in a long time. Dogs have been my siblings since I was small and without VPI, my best friend would no longer be with me. My Lab developed bone cancer and without insurance I would not have been able to afford the care she needed. Even though my out of pocket has been costly, it would have been too much to handle with out the coverage. For example, of the $1700 MRI bill VPI covered almost $1550 and got me my refund check before my credit card bill was due! I have received all of my refund checks well before the actual bill is due!!! Great service, great coverage, great staff, worth every penny!

Best investment for dog owners.

My little guy Cootey was born with weak stifle's. By two years of age, he blew out his first cranial cruciate ligament and lateral meniscus. The bill for the surgical repair was $ 2500. VPI paid $2400 of the claim. I was amazed. Then believe it or not, four months after the first knee he blew out the other knees cranial cruciate ligament. Total rupture. The bill was $ 2400. VPI paid $ 2300 on the claim. Amazed again. I tell all my friends that my dogs have better health care coverage than I do. VPI is excellent and a great choice for dog owners. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my little Cotey as well as they did. I recommend them to everyone I meet.

Satisfied

When our little dog, Annabelle, had to have surgery, I submitted her bills and they were paid right away. I appreciate that.
