Speedy and efficient claims service

We have been using Nationwide (aka VPI) for eight years, and have been pleased with the service. Every year we have at least gotten back what we paid out, and for the high-expense emergency years (with surgeries, etc.) the insurance has truly been a godsend.

Overall Worth it

Overall, the pet insurance has definitely been worth the money. It gives me peace of mind when I think something may be wrong, and the wellness plan has helped me pay for vaccines and flea treatments. The only thing is the claims take a bit of time to process, but even then it usually isn't longer than a month.

Great coverage

The insurance coverage has been great. It usually pays at least half of the charges, including dental work, which many other insurance plans do not cover. They communicate where they are in the processing of your claim also.

Infected anal glands.

After several weeks of vet visits and different antibiotic treatments, Cooper’s infection seems to have cleared. Need to give it another week and possible recheck visit with the vet and he should be fine. Thanks to your help with the bills it was easier for me to deal with the ordeal. I think you are just great!
