Very Pleased
This year was the first time I had to send in a claim that would require a refund. The first claim deducted my co-pay and reimbursed me for what was left that was covered. The second claim reimbursed me fully for everything that was covered. Both claims were processed in a very timely manner and I received my reimbursement check in a few weeks. I’m very pleased with how the entire process went. I didn’t have to worry about denying Bailey a treatment that would have been too costly for me to pay out of pocket.
