Claim process is long and difficult
Recently the claim process is extremely long and have had a hard time getting claims approved- often need resubmitted for wrong coding or contact vet for more info despite info already sent. It seems like underwriters are looking really hard for any reason not to pay claims. Have been a customer for 8 years and this is the first year I have felt this from the company.
