Great and fast service.
NW is always there and processes claims quickly. Can you make the process easier? (on line, write-in claim form) so I can send an email with an attached, completed claim form and attached .pdf bet bill. I Submit my claims by email but I have to print out a form fill it out and fax it back to myself to send it in. Other than that I am very happy with Nationwide’s service.

Best Pet Insurance Around
Our dog has had a mysterious bladder infection which has led to multiple vet visits, tons of expensive medicine and many rounds of testing. The only easy thing about this experience was the support we got from Nationwide - easy filing system, and consistent financial support when we needed it most.

Nationwide is amazing!
Nationwide continues to exceed expectations. They even follow up after a claim to check in and see how your pet is doing. Filing a claim is easy. You file it through the app, take a few pictures of the receipts and visit, and then submit. You even get reimbursed direct deposit to your bank account. I’ve seen them reimburse a claim in as little as 2 weeks!

Coverage
Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
