Best insurance Company
Nationwide has been super easy to work with ever since I got the pet insurance. I've only had one issue and it was resolved quicker than expected (a claim was denied that should not have been). They answer questions quickly and have been nothing but helpful. I'm so glad I chose Nationwide as I have heard stories from friends with pet insurance that have had terrible experiences and a lot of issues. Everything is explained clearly and claims are generally processed super quick! They have always been responsive to my needs and questions and are very helpful! I have nothing but good things to say!! Very transparent with Explanation of Benefits and it's always easy to understand. Claim submissions are easy, I can just email them the invoice and cover sheet and I'm good to go. It's easy to check on the status of the claim as well.
