Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

Without this insurance we would no longer have this beautiful, rambunctious (AKC registered) Siberian Huskey! He needed surgery, without insurance, we may not have chosen that route. He brings such joy to our home and is an emotional support dog for our son who suffered a stroke, we would be lost without him. My Vet recommended we get insurance when he was a puppy, so glad we followed her advice. We also carry insurance on our Border Collie. This insurance has been a great benefit for regular appointments and vaccinations for both dogs. We happily pay our monthly premiums so as to continue to enjoy our beautiful dogs, knowing that if something serious does come up we will have less fretting and more confidence to do our best for our dogs.

I love how easy it is to make claims with Nationwide and receive reimbursements with Direct Deposit. Recently, I had reason to call the vet helpline after hours of my vet. The person I spoke with was very professional and thorough in collecting info on my pet and giving me the direction I needed to decide if I could wait until my vet opened. I love Nationwide Pet Insurance and through referrals have made Nationwide 2 additional clients.

We have been very pleased so far with our Nationwide Pet coverage. We only purchased the accident and sickness coverage, but if we did it again we would also have picked up the preventive care. The claim process is very easy and Nationwide has been very prompt in adjudicating our submitted claims. Two thumbs up!
