I won’t be without it with any pets

I always send in all paperwork vet gives me. The receipt with everything itemized. The vets office really doesn’t give you a diagnosis sheet. When I submit everything I am given I always get rejected and the reason is no diagnosis. I contact the vet and they say everything is on the paperwork. I have to usually file at least twice to get approved

Lilly is doing well. Thank you for the support.

Claims were processed promptly. Some delay on one because of a diagnosis error on our part. But, form letter did not explain the problem in sufficient detail for us. It required a conversation with our Vet.

I wish my medical insurance was this good.

So far we are very happy with this pet insurance policy. Our pup is so well taken care of; and it is a group effort now with Nationwide. Our dog is very healthy and even the veterinarian has complemented us on our care for the sweet animal and the fact that we have an insurance policy for her. An awesome insurance policy provided by Nationwide. Thanks to everyone at Nationwide for doing it right!
