Simple File Claim System
We have had this policy for our Golden Retriever since she was a puppy. Whenever we have had to file a claim for Vet services the process is quick and simple. We have received payment from Nationwide in a very timely fashion. They have the easiest system to use, and if and when we have to call with questions, they always help us through the process. I've told all my friends and family about this pet policy, and I personally will always insure all of our pets in the future.

Incredible customer service
Nationwide has never let us down. Even available at any time you need advice. My Diamondgirl has been through 2 major surgeries and that’s when I found out what a great move it was to have Nationwide insurance for her. They have been amazing. Thank You!

You sent me a check in a realistic timely manner.
When you pay for any insurance it should be there when you need it without hassles.
Your service was there for me and my dog and that matters.
I was pleased with the reimbursement and I will convey that to my friends and family.
If you hadn't been there for me I would be conveying that as well to everyone who would listen.
i.e. You solidified yourself a customer and bought yourself some great advertising.
