Slow payment
Filed claim and then had to get all previous records to show not a preexisting condition. Notified it would be paid and saw copy of check in email but still have not seen actual check

We are so grateful we have Nationwide!!
Our little Henry had to have surgery on his legs recently. If we didn't have Nationwide Insurance we would have been strapped to afford it. He would have suffered all thru his life. Thank you Nationwide for loving Henry almost as much as we do. You bless us.

Fast, easy to use web site.

Fast response with reimbursement, I appreciate that.
I was so happy that we had this insurance when Coco ate a sinus medication. It gave me peace of mind that I would have help with the expense.
