Pet Insurance
We have been very pleased with all aspects of our pet insurance with MetLife. We have 2 cocker spaniels. 10 months and 4 years. MetLife is a great company to work with, that first puppy year is very expensive and everything has been covered. Great customer service and very easy to file claims and get reimbursement. We were with another company that doesn’t even compare with MetLife. I recommend Metlife to everyone.

Getcha a perfect policy for your perfect pet!
I've had a Metlife pet insurance policy since my puppa joined the family a little over a year ago and it's been an absolute pleasure. Customer service is top notch and claim reimbursements easy as pie! Do yourself a favor, at the very least, make an inquiry and see if if it works just as well for you.

Don't care about your fur babies just your money
I reached out to ask questions before buying a plan for my dog. Had to take my dog to the emergency animal hospital because he hurt himself jumping off the couch. $1100 in vet bills and $42 for the insurance later and they denied my claim saying it was pre existing.. Horrible company low down and dirty.

I just recently changed my pet insurance from many years with Nationwide to MetLife. Wow. What a difference in premium costs for each of my 5 pets and in customer service. Comparing both companies benefits and coverages, MetLife is superior. Customer service with MetLife is also significantly more professional and compassionate. I am very pleased with my decision to change, so far.
