I was very happy with the quick reimbursement
I was very happy with the quick turnaround in receiving my reimbursement. Also, there was always an email sent to keep me updated with the process so that I knew to log into the app to look at the status. There was a time that I needed to call and talk with someone over the phone and the person had excellent customer service skills. She went out of her way to be helpful, and I felt like it was genuine. I am so happy that I chose MetLife Pet insurance. I plan on having them has long as I have my cat.
