Used to be good—what happened?
When David was my claims processor things went well-informative, responsive, and quick. Now Jess is handling my claim and I haven’t had an answer since 9/27–it’s 10/13 today- and no one is responding to my request for information yet. My dog is scheduled for surgery and I wonder if this is how it goes for a C/T scan, what will happen with my future claim!? Frustrated. Just keeping me informed would do a lot.
