Excellent, rapid claim reimbursement and amazing customer service
I had a question about my delayed submission of medical records (we weren't able to get our dog in for his annual exam, which was overdue, within the 14 day period). Not only did they answer my question, but they also notified me that his annual exam costs could be covered by my policy! I did not think that would be the case given I submitted records late. Throughout the claim reimbursement process, the customer service team was communicative, kind, and quick. Our claim was paid without issue and within a few short days!
