Beware of the positive reviews, the second claim gets you.
I had initially rated Lemonade as the best insurance ever, this is because my first claim only took hours and that is when lemonade asked me to rate their insurance.
However its a scam, on the second claim, it has been weeks of processing and red tape and a simple claim is not being resolved. I am being asked for more and more documents and proofs for fee i am not even asking for reimbursement.
My claim is still not resolved but I did want to warn people who are looking for pet insurance, dont be swayed by the super positive reviews. Its only the 1st claim that gets resolved fast, subsequent claims seem to take forever.

True to their word.
Lemonade Pet Insurance was brought to my attention by another Corgi owner. I reviewed different pet insurances and I liked what Lemomade had to offer. Sadly I only had the insurance for a short time because my Corgi puppy died quickly. I put in a claim and Lemonade paid my claim minus the appropriate deductibles. They kept me informed during the claim process. When the time is right, we will welcome a new Corgi into our home and hearts and get her Lemonade Pet Insurance.

So far it’s great!!
Have only used it for yearly vaccinations, but overall that’s a good thing. It was easy and they provided coverage for what they said!!
Monthly Cost
Policies start at $10/Month
Coverage
Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%,
80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Payout Limits
Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage
for pets as they age.
Waiting Period
All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods:
-2 days for accidents
-14 days for illnesses
-6 months for cruciate ligament events
There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.
Exclusions
Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
