Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that we have Healthy Paws pet insurance. Up until now we have used it for small things like allergy testing and it was always easy and quick getting reimbursed. Then recently our Goldendoodle started having focal seizures. We got sent for all kinds of testing that was not cheap. I didn't even have to blink when thinking about doing the tests and affording them. He had the tests on a Tuesday and by that Friday I was reimbursed all but the vet exam at the specialist! I thought for sure this time they would need a bunch of further documentation to proceed but they didn’t! Just the invoice! All I got was an email asking how my dog was! They literally have been so easy to file claims with and have the money direct deposited back into my account quickly! I am ALWAYS more than happy to recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic pet insurance! Our dog required surgery, which was very expensive (several thousands of dollars). All we had to do was upload the bills to the Healthy Paws site (or submit through the app). Within 7-10 days the claim was paid. Extremely easy. They even reached out to see how our dog was doing. I really was surprised how easy it was, and the fact that they covered the claim the first time without any problems. Highly recommend Healthy Paws -- it is worth the peace of mind!

Our sweet boy has a mysterious medical issue that is affecting his mobility, hip pain as well as abdominal function. It is very distressing to know your dog is in pain, but not be able to fix it. He's had a myriad of tests and we are so thankful for Healthy Paws to help at least relieve the financial burden while we try to help figure out what is causing these issues and how to treat. All we have to do is take a picture of the bill from the app and a few days later, we get the EOB and payment is direct deposited into our account. Helps make a very difficult situation a little less stressful, for sure.

We have Healthy Paws and couldn't be happier. They have been incredibly easy to work with. Our dog recently had to have emergency surgery that cost over 4k . We had to make some quick important decision to save our dogs life and didn't worry about the cost because we knew we had insurance. Once I filed the claim we were reimbursement in 2-3 days and then received two emails asking us how our dog was doing. It meant a lot to our family that they went out of there way to see how we were all doing. If your going to buy pet insurance it should be from Healthy Paws .
