Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have never had pet insurance before but I am SOOOOO thankful that we are covered by Healthy Paws now. I would never have expected a cancer diagnosis for our sweet boy but I feel so fortunate that Healthy Paws has eased some of the fear. I have been truly impressed with their service and quick turnaround of our claims. It makes this unbearable situation... SOOOO much easier. AND they even check up on him to see how he is doing. Truly wonderful service and peace of mind. THANKS Healthy Paws!

Our 11 year old English Lab had some serious issues which we later found out was from a bigger than grapefruit sized mass in his abdomen. He was rushed to the emergency vet after having projectile vomiting and not being able to defecate. The entire encounter has taken a month and several visits to the emergency vet ending up in surgery. Healthy Paws responded within a week of submitting the first invoice and we had a check. They also emailed us on several occasions to check on our boy. We have been reimbursed very quickly, usually within a week. They have shown a lot of compassion and understanding on this terrible journey and have been with us every step of the way. I highly recommend them for your pet's insurance protection. The only negative I would say is, they don't cover exams. It would be nice if the covered emergency exams as every visit we had to emergency had a pretty high exam cost.

It's very easy to file claim with Healthy Paw. I just uploaded invoice and medical record and it only took Healthy Paw a few days to review and approve my claim. I received a check within a week of claim filing. Few days later, I even received an email from the customer service asking how my pet is doing. I'm very happy to have a policy with this caring business.

We recently had an emergency vet trip for our pup in a very serious and scary situation. Following her care, I submitted a claim. Healthy Paws was extremely quick in processing the claim and checked in on how our girl was doing the next week. I’m so thankful for them to ease the financial burden to ensure we could do what we needed to do to get her healthy again!
