Healthy Paws is amazing

Healthy Paws is amazing! Our dog has had some major health issues in the last two years. He has had both of his knees done and Healthy Paws was amazing. Most recently, he had an obstruction in his stomach and intestines which led to pancreatitis and pneumonia. We're so blessed to have had Healthy Paws. The surgery and his care was very expensive and we had comfort in knowing that we had Healthy Paws to help us. Their service is excellent, they reimburse quickly, and they even have someone check up on the dog to see how they are doing. It's a wonderful pet insurance company and I recommend them to everyone.

Healthypaws is absolutely amazing

Healthypaws is absolutely amazing! My sweet Bowie needed exploratory surgery. We needed to go to a couple of vets because we could not figure out what the issue was initially. I gathered all the bills and submitted it, hoping for the best but fearing the worst. Healthypaws not only very promptly answered, but sent sweet messages along the way checking in on my dog and encouraging me not to worry about the insurance. Truly my most amazing experience with an insurance company ever! After, they even asked if Bowie was doing well. Can't say enough good things.

Healthy Paws” speedy claim processing Used a tremendous burden after our dog’s venomous snake bite.

We were so grateful for Healthy Paws’ quick and streamlined claim submittal process and speedy reimbursement after our dog was bitten by a venomous snake and required hospitalization and anti-venom therapy. Their representatives were caring and helped to make a terrifying situation much less traumatic for us.

Can't get new policy.

I'm upset that they won't insure my new Puppy! I have a 3 yr. old who's been insured with them for over 2 yrs. They say I cant get a policy because I'm in the state of Washington. They said something about being at the limit of what they can accept!!! I have a puppy I need insured now so I'm forced to look for another company.

Practiced Exellance

Having been dog lovers and owners most of our lives, we have spent a lot of money on medical care over the years. Following a period where one of our dogs had to have extensive surgery to repair a torn diaphragm and cataract surgery on our our other dog, our vet suggested we look into pet insurance. We did a lot of research, sought advice from several vets and a number of of other pet owners attempting to find the best pet insurance we could, we settled on Healthy Paws. We are certainly glad we did. They are a great company with which to work. We recently had to have surgery on one of our dogs to have a cancerous growth removed from her right hind leg. The operation was successful, though expensive. We filed a claim with Healthy Paws for reimbursement. The claim instructed us to take a picture of the invoice and attach it to the claim and send the claim to Healthy Paws. We did and the same day we got an email back from them stating that they had gotten the claim and would have a decision within two days. Within one day we got an email stating that the claim was approved and that a check for the 90 percent of the cost would be sent to us. We received the check within three days for the 90 percent of the costs, no arguments, deductions, no hastles, just a check covering the 90 percent. A couple of days later we got an email inquiring how our dog was doing and asking that we please respond and let them know. This was not a form letter. They appeared really concerned. We have very seldom received such good service as this. Such excellent service as this deserves to be recognized. I strongly recommend Healthy Paws to all pet owners. This is a company that understands what service is.
