If not for Healthy Paws I would have lost my precious girl. I am so thankful I went with your company!! Healthpaws is pretty great. Our poor Rosie had to do a bunch of tests this year including an endoscopy, ultrasound, X-ray, and a lot of different meds. Thank goodness we had Healthypaws. We uploaded all of our invoices electronically, and got reimbursed within 2 weeks. They even have direct deposit and emailed us to follow up on Rosie to make sure she was doing better. The best part was, even after all this, my insurance premium went DOWN 15% since premiums are based on your geographic location, not your individual usage.

I would, & have, recommend Healthy Paws to anyone that has pets! Unfortunately we've had a few claims & the ease/efficiency of the claim process has been seamless!! Quick responses to the claim & the reimbursement!!

I just wanted to advocate for the use of HealthyPaws stating just how excellent we feel about the coverage. Their speed to resolve and pay claims and overall service is remarkable. Too often you probably hear complaint emails, and don't hear about the good. Well, currently we are really enduring a challenging time with our large breed dog with Lymphoma in her GI and is terminally ill. From the time claims are submitted to the time the money is reimbursed is astoundingly quick which really takes the stress out of an already stressful and emotional situation. Kudos to the HealthyPaws organization, the specific team that manages the claims from our family to yours we offer a very warm and grateful thanks and endorsement. Thanks to them we can be confident that we are covered and able to make her last weeks/months as enjoyable as possible.
