Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My 8-month-old puppy ate something he shouldn't have. Long story short...after visiting his vet, getting x-rays, and attempting to get it moving along his digestive tract, we wound up at the emergency hospital. After an ultrasound, the surgeon recommended surgery. We discovered later that a piece of a strap had lodged itself in his stomach, small intestine, and large intestine. Had it not been for Health Paws Pet Insurance, we could never have afforded the surgery, and my grand daughter would have been devastated. I sent in the invoices and in less than two weeks, I received the reimbursement checks. Hassle-free. They were great! Buddy is now 100% back to normal...sweet, playful, and eating. I've unfortunately had to file a couple of claims in the past two months. The first claim took a couple of weeks (which they tell you) because they have to gather all medical records. I recently filled a second claim. The following day I received an email that the claim was approved. The next day, the money was deposited into my account. Great service!
