They will found the way, how to reject payment. Just don't use them. It's not good choice to have healthy paw.

Healthy Paws is quick to take your money , , ,
Healthy Paws advertised that they are honest and caring. But like most insurance companies, they don't want to payout. I have been trying to complete a claim started about two weeks ago. They are still requesting information; I submitted their request each time from my vet's office. Now, I get another email, they want records of every visit my dog ever had!!! Stay away.

I love Healthy Paws
I love Healthy Paws! My soon to be five year old golden retriever Molly has had numerous claims due to arthritis and a knee operation that went bad fast during recovery. Then she developed an auto immune disease and almost died. Throughout all of this healthy paws customer service has been compassionate and caring about Molly. They even inquired as to how laser therapy was helping her healing process. Their payment for her bills is so fast-often in one or two days and their phone app is so easy to use. You just tap on new claim and then take a picture of your bill and hit send. It is that easy! Molly continues to receive treatment weekly with her team of doctors as well as physical therapy twice a week and healthy paws continues to be there for her. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

The best Pet Insurance ever!

Molly is now in Physical Rehabilitation 2 days a week along with seeing her team of doctors weekly and all of that is covered. It really is unbelievable!

Life saver for my dog!
I purchased insurance for my dog originally because I worried that she might have hip problems because she’s a big dog. She hasn’t had hip problems but she developed diabetes & went blind. Because of having Healthy Paws insurance I was able to have cataract surgery for her which restored her sight. I am so very thankful to Healthy Paws!!
Monthly Cost
$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.
Coverage
One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more.
You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.
Deductible
You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750*
*Choice depends on age of the pet
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
