I chose Healthy Paws because it was the top rated pet insurance. I chose the lowest deductible plan and the highest coverage. When my four year old dog suddenly could not walk and needed immediate back surgery, I almost forgot I had the insurance. The final bill would have put me in the hospital right next to my best friend if it wasn't for the insurance. Submitting the claim was easy, it took no more than 2 weeks, and once I was notified the claim was approved, it was direct deposit into my account a few days later. I believe if it safe to assume that if you are responsible enough to look for pet insurance, then you love your pet and would do anything for them, so choose a company with great reviews, like Healthy Paws. The process for the claim was easier than any claim I have ever submitted. I spoke with their customer service once, and it was a breeze. No hassles at all, claim coverage information was in plain sight, so there was no surprises. I have no complaints regarding the entire claim event. Thank you Healthy Paws for existing.
