My Corgi puppy fractured his femur and required surgery. I submitted my claims. I was kept informed of the status of these claims. I had 4 in total. The process was really simple. I uploaded the invoices and his medical records. I received my reimbursements within 14 days. The staff at Healthy Paws are both professional and personable. I received an email from the staff checking on Jasper recovery the other day. This is an amazing company!

We have two French Bulldogs and one English Bulldog and when you love your pets you take care of them to the best of your ability. Any time a friend tells me that they are considering a puppy (or kitty) into their lives I always tell them to immediately get them on a health insurance plan.....because you never know when or what will come your way but with Healthy Paws you don't need to worry about whether or not you can afford to give your fur babies the best options. My dog was a rescue. She didnt have much for medical records. I provided the history of shots given once I got her. After a year of paying i took her to the vet for an allergy shot and ear infection and it was not covered AT ALL. No medication, no visit, nothing. At the end of the day this is not the insurance if your dog is a rescue and that's sad.

I've been a client of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for 3+ years now, and have always had a great experience with them. Their claim process is super easy to submit on their website, and they have always reimbursed me quickly and without any issues. I see that others have complained about rates going up. Mine has only gone up nominally a couple of months ago and is absolutely expected as the cost of everything is going up these days.

My dog got very sick very suddenly and had to be rushed to the emergency department where he had to undergo a lot of treatment and a 5-day hospitalization. I was terrified I was going to lose him and at the moment had no idea how I was going to pay for this. I submitted the bill to Healthy Paws (as well as follow up visits and specialists that my dog had to see) and the hospital visit claim was processed and deposited into my account within five days (including weekends). Healthy Paws saved Duke and I don’t know what I would have done. The app makes it so easy to use and the turn around is so fast. Thank you so much for helping to save my dog. He is currently recovering but certainly wouldn’t have been able to without healthy paws.
