I was wonderfully surprised to receive an email after making a claim for my Boston’s surgery from Healthy Paws simply to ask how Princes Lea is doing after her surgery. I have always had great service with small claims, but this was a big decision on our part to have the surgery done. And after doing so I couldn’t be more pleased with the time frame in reviving my money and in knowing that Lea is truly cared for. Thank you Healthy Paws

Fast forward two and a half years and our Pomeranian was diagnosed with calcium oxalate stones that required emergency surgery. The claim submission process can be done on your phone, and there were zero issues getting reimbursed in a timely manner. To top it off, I received an email from Healthy Paws inquiring how Koji was doing after his surgery and requesting we give him a hug on their behalf. This is a company who understands that my dogs are family members. They have earned their sterling reputation for top notch customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting pet health insurance for peace of mind.
