Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I am so happy that I purchased the insurance for Ali from Healthy Paws Pet Insurance back n 2016. They offer various policies for pet owners to choose from. They provide excellent customer service and are prompt in processing claims. Ali recently had a surgery and I received the reimbursement within 10 days from the day I submitted the claim. The company even followed up with an email inquiring about Ali’s recovery and wishing him the best. I was so impressed and it is such as relief knowing that my pet’s illnesses and injuries are covered by Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws offers amazing service! We had to have surgery on our Newfoundland, Simon, who tore his ACL. The Drs & hospital staff were amazing & paired up with Healthy Paws...we were in great hands! We filed our claim through the website. The process was super simple & the claim was processed right away. We highly recommend them!

They’ve kept in touch through the years with helpful articles and just always letting us know they were there for us. Our pup blew out her ACL recently. Instead of freaking out over how we were going to pay for this expensive surgery I knew we had coverage with our insurance. We had the freedom to work on getting Riley healthy without any worries. Healthy Paws even checked in on her progress a few days after surgery. It’s only a week and our payment is on its way. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Both of my dogs are on Healthy Paws and we love the feeling of security they give us.

So grateful for Healthy Paws. The claims department is quick and attentive, I waited less than a week for my reimbursement. I don't know what we would have done without pet insurance; I am grateful that we didn't have to weigh our dogs health against our finances. I could not recommend healthy paws more!
