True to their word

I had to take my cat to the ER due to FIC, it turned out. Three days later, he still was not peeing. I took him immediately to his regular vet. We picked him up three days later, the day before Thanksgiving. I submitted both invoices, along with medical hx from his vet, to Healthy Paws. They kept me apprised of the progress of both claims. They even emailed me to see how Czar was doing. I got my two reimbursement checks in yesterday’s mail 12/6/21.

AMAZING!

Healthy Paws is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my 4 month old puppy fell ill with stomach issues and needed various exams done and medication. We submitted our claims and within a few days we had our checks in the mail. Everyone you speak to is friendly and very helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this company. Definitely recommend!

Healthy Paws has been there for my two dogs throughout their lives. Their dedication and quality of service demonstrate that they really value helping parents care for their four-legged loved ones. I have been impressed by how quickly they process claims and the ease of doing so, bringing much-needed peace of mind during emotionally challenging situations so that I can focus on caring for my furry family members. To top that off, the staff personally reaches out to check in on how we are doing when we experience a health challenge. I am very appreciative of Healthy Paws and am grateful for their support.

I'm extremely happy with Healthy Paws

I'm extremely happy with Healthy Paws. Every time we've had to take our puppy to the vet for some kind of urgent care, I haven't worried about the expense because I know Healthy Paws is going to reimburse me without delay. The enrollment of your pets is very easy, as well as the claim process. They're very clear on what they cover and what they don't, so you know what to expect when you file a claim. Highly recommend it!!

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
