Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My 2&1/2 year old Alaskan Malamute, Maddie, is the 3rd pet I have had insured with Healthy Paws. Maddie was seen at an emergency vet for a GI condition which was not resolving over a reasonable period. The bill was about $1700. Once the invoice and Maddie's medical record were submitted to Healthy Paws, the claim was reviewed and approved on a very timely basis. Healthy Paws truly cares about the health of your pet and recognizes the role they have in allowing you to afford the care your pet may need.

The claim process if very easy, all you have to do is submit a picture of your invoice along with any pertinent medical history required and the claim is reviewed for payment on a very timely basis. The communication is great. There is a sense they really care about the well being of your pet and understand the part they play in controlling unexpected health care costs.

A few days after one of her treatments, I received an email from Healthy Paws asking how Violet was doing and wishing her the best. I couldn't ask for a better company to have on the side of my furbaby, and I'm incredibly thankful that a patient recommended them to me!
