I could only hope to experience Bella's quick and efficient turn around time with her evaluation and compensation of financial costs for her surgery and treatment! I highly recommend HealthyPaws! Consider, for a moment, that you have paid for a medical service and your reimbursement check (if you get one) is in your mailbox in less than 10 days!

Healthy Paws has been a shining light for our family during a dark time. Our Husky had surgery this past week, and because of Healthy Paws we were able to afford this unexpected expense. They are always so kind with every interaction, and even reached out to see how our puppy was recovering. I recommend Healthy Paws to all pet owners I speak with, and I am a customer for life!

Healthy paws pet insurance is extremely efficient and helpful. They covered 90% of my puppies very expensive hospital stay! Would highly recommend

So disappointed with this company. Have been a loyal customer for years, recommended to friends, was a huge fan because they seemed to truly care about pets and people! But in the last two years they have become horrible. They cover half of what they used to cover. They make it challenging to submit claims (my mom, who I recommended this company to, had to go three different times to her vet to get crazy specific paperwork). Three years ago I paid 115 a month to insure my dog. Today got a bill for 400 DOLLARS PER MONTH to cover her. A 400 percent increase in 3 years?! Worst of all, I’ve called multiple times now and (after waiting weeks to receive a call back) had someone explain to me interest rates and insurance policies. I understand policy increases and rising costs. But I do not understand a 400% increase?! DO NOT TRUST this Company with your pets.

My 2&1/2 year old Alaskan Malamute, Maddie, is the 3rd pet I have had insured with Healthy Paws. Maddie was seen at an emergency vet for a GI condition which was not resolving over a reasonable period. The bill was about $1700. Once the invoice and Maddie's medical record were submitted to Healthy Paws, the claim was reviewed and approved on a very timely basis. Healthy Paws truly cares about the health of your pet and recognizes the role they have in allowing you to afford the care your pet may need.
