Healthy Paws has been great

We have 2 dogs and have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for over 3 years. The have been great! They make it very easy and convenient to submit claims and they process and pay them fast. When you sign up with them, they make it very clear what is and what isn't covered, so we haven't had surprises with any claims we've filed. I've had dogs all my life but these are the first ones that I had insurance for. And when an issue does arise it's always stressful but having insurance gives me some peace of mind.

All around great

Terrific product, caring people, fast claims. Amazing piece of mind to cover large unexpected expenses for a totally reasonable monthly charge.

What a Relief to Have Healthy Paws - and they care too!

We are so grateful we enrolled Barkely when he was a puppy. He's needed two CCL surgeries since then and we had only to worry about taking care of our pooch. The claim process was so easy and our claims were paid faster than the credit card bill came in. Healthy Paws even reached out to us to find out how Barkely was doing. What a small monthly price to pay for the piece of mind we have in knowing that financial issues will not get in the way of deciding what's best for Barkely!

There when you need it!

I had been enrolled in Healthy Paws pet insurance since I adopted my dog Polly from the shelter in 2018. In all of that time, I had never needed it, but continued on. A few weeks ago, our sweet girl started to show bruising all over her belly and groin. She had developed a life-threatening auto-immune disease called ITP and had to be in the emergency vet ICU for several days. While there, in order to get her platelet count up, and save her from spontaneous internal bleeding, she was treated with chemo drugs and other medications that saved her life. If I had not had Healthy Paws, there was no way I could afford it. I honestly was worried that maybe it wouldn't be covered or something, because it seemed to good to be true that it would be. Once I uploaded Polly's bills and records, we were reimbursed eighty percent of the thousands of dollars we had to spend (after our deductible). I am so grateful for this insurance! And now I know that if she has a relapse or needs other medications, Healthy Paws is there. Our emergency vet even said that HP is the best pet insurance out there. I highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with Healthy Paws…

I am very impressed with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Filing a claim was easy. They communicated well during the process and promptly reimbursed me for the covered expenses. So far, I have filed 4 claims and have had the same excellent response and quick turn around experience each time. Not only were they efficient but after a few days they even contacted me to check on how my pet was doing in his recovery. The personal touch was quit unexpected but very much appreciated. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Veterinary costs can quickly become a huge burden to someone on a fixed income. Budgeting the small monthly premium gives me peace of mind knowing my sweet little buddy will be taken care of without hesitation and can get the best medical care needed. Patsy Russell
