Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I am so impressed with Healthy Paws. I have NEVER had any issues when filing a claim. It is so simple, you take a pic of the invoice, upload it to your Healthy Paws app, and submit! Or you can do it through the computer or by fax. Healthy Paws is super quick. I submitted my claim for my dog's operation on a Monday, the reimbursement was in may bank account by Thursday. No lie. Their operators are helpful and they are quick to respond to emails. I have a different insurance for mu older dog, and I wish I knew about Healthy Paws when we first got him. His insurance does not compare to Healthy Paws!

I'm glad that I have a pet policy with Healthy Paws. Never thought I would ever used it, but glad it was there. My furry baby had surgery to help her breathing, typical for Frenchies. As she got older, we noticed that she struggled with breathing. Though the surgery went well, she had complications with the recovery. I was in and out of the emergency room several times and eventually it was determined by the vet that was better for my furry baby to be admitted to ICU for several days. You can just imagine the vet bill. Luckily, Healthy Paws took care of everything. The process was easy. Submitted the invoices online and was approved within 5 business days. If you have a pet, especially a flat nose dog, I highly recommend getting pet insurance from Healthy Paws. You hope you will never need it, but glad when you do.

If you have a new dog Pet insurance is a must. Healthy Paws helped save are dogs life twice with two operations. Healthy Paws paid 90 percent of a 16500.00 bill and a earier 7000.00 bill with no complaints. What a great company they reimbursed us within days. And they were so kind and caring about my 9 year old basset it was unbelievable. Thank you Healthy Paws and all the wonderful and caring people who work.

We have had Healthy Paws insurance for several years to cover the health needs of our dog, Ollie. Although he was pretty healthy for the first five years, he has developed an eye condition that requires regular treatment. Throughout this process, we have found the Healthy Paws website and claims submission process extremely efficient, transparent, and user-friendly. They respond very quickly to claims submissions, and send reimbursements in a very timely manner. Importantly, they have never haggled over coverage and every single time have reimbursed us for all allowable costs under the policy. We are incredibly grateful for Healthy Paws, which has helped us to care for Ollie in the best way possible.
