Difficult to Get Reimbursed
These guys just want to take your money and run. The app is completely useless and the company does not respond to emails when you ask for clarification on what documents they need to process each claim. Beyond terrible customer service + they increased the premium on my pets and service has still been going downhill. Stay away.
